We provide professional services as either system administration services or project services.
Systems Administration Services
This covers regular systems administration tasks including system installation, configuration, backup and recovery. These services are available as either ad hoc services or programmed services.
Ad Hoc Systems Administration Services - no pre-existing support agreement with Neologix when you contact us for assistance. These services are available 9-5 Mon-Fri providing Neologix has staff resources available to assist. Services are sold in units of 60 minutes with a minimum of 1 unit per call out.
Programmed Systems Administration Services - You have a support agreement in place with Neologix. These services are available 24/7 except for Christmas Day and Good Friday. Programmed Systems Administration Services are pre-purchased on a voucher system in blocks of 40 hours. Each voucher represents 30 minutes of a support engineers time. There are no additional or hidden charges and no monthly or weekly support fees. Vouchers are only consumed, with a minimum of 1 voucher per call out, when you have our support engineers on site.

Project Services
You have a specific project (eg. server or workstation upgrades; mail server rollout; system architecture design etc) for which you wish to use Neologix professional services. Neologix will scope the project and provide you with a fixed price quotation to carry out the work. We will give you a project plan showing estimated start and end dates for the work. This means that you can focus on your business needs and delegate the technical IT support tasks to Neologix and yet you remain in control because we give you:
- certainty on costs with our fixed price quotations
- plain English project plans so you know what is being done and when it is done
- regular project meetings so you know exactly how the work is progressing
